Trainings
| Why? |
To learn and integrate the process of Nonviolent Communication |
| |
|
| For whom? |
Anyone wishing to use a communication process making for quality relations prior to solving problems |
| |
|
| How? |
The teaching methodology, resolutely interactive, allows participants to become co-creators of their own development and provides: |
| |
|
|
|
- succinct theory;
- practical exercises to anchor communication reflexes conducive to positive dialogue (rather than bringing about in others defensive, offensive, silent or withdrawal attitudes; or reacting in the same wy oneself);
- role-plays and exercises based on the actual experience of participants, to show how the results could have worked out differently had NVC been used (expressing honestly and listening compassionately)
The content of our trainings is always adapted to meet the needs of the group or the organisation

|
| What benefit? |
The other participants are a support, not only during the training, but also afterwards. Knowing that one's pain is shared by others makes its possible to relativise it |
| |
|
